Hypnotherapy

The hypnotherapy I practice is “solution focused” looking at how you want your life to be rather than going over old problems and issues.

Often problems and issues are manifested by the way we behave and continually thinking in a negative way. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy helps to break the negative stagnant cycle and encourages you to think positively about what is best for you and achieving your desired goals.

In a hypnotherapy session light trance is used to put you in a relaxed state.  When this happens we have access to the subconscious mind which is open to suggestions for positive change for a desired future.
